We chose Nigerian Dwarf goats because their milk stands out from other breeds in both quality and taste. It has a naturally higher butterfat content than most standard dairy goats, which gives it a richer, creamier texture and a slightly sweeter flavor. This makes it especially good for drinking fresh, as well as for making cheese, yogurt, and soap with better consistency and yield.

Compared to larger dairy breeds, Nigerian Dwarf milk is more nutrient-dense and often preferred by people who want a smoother, less “goaty” taste.
